Vaccinations at IULM: New Dates
IULM University offers students, faculty, and technical and administrative staff the opportunity to get vaccinated directly on campus. Vaccinations will be administered at the infirmary (ground floor of IULM 1) on the following dates:
- October 22, 2026 : flu, HPV, and DTP vaccinations. REGISTER HERE
- November 12, 2026: flu, HPV, and DTP vaccinations. REGISTER HERE
How to sign up:
You can book an appointment by filling out the dedicated form and selecting a time slot from those available (8:30–9:30, 9:30–10:30, 10:30–11:30, 11:30–12:30, 12:30–1:00 PM BREAK, 1:00–1:30 PM, 1:30–2:30 PM, 2:30–3:30 PM). Each day has a maximum of 60 available slots, with the option to select one or more of the vaccines offered:
- Flu vaccine
- DTP vaccine
- Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine — for those under 26 only
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] with the exact time of your vaccination. You will not be able to change your assigned time slot.
On the same day, you may receive two of the three available vaccinations.
Waiting List and Cancellations:
Once the maximum number of participants is reached, a waiting list of 20 people per day will be activated. In the event of cancellations, spots will be reassigned to those on the waiting list, who will be contacted directly by the organizers.

- Identification
- Health insurance card
Booking deadline:
- October 20, unless all available slots are filled, for the October 22 session
- November 10, unless all available spots are filled, for the November 12 session
